For over 25 years, I sat at the right hand of C-suite executives. My job? Make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Build the systems, run the processes, and create the infrastructure that lets brilliant people do their best work.
I created systems for executives, for their teams, and in some cases for entire organizations. I know what a good system looks like — and more importantly, I know what a broken one costs.
Here's what I learned: organization is like a fingerprint. There are common elements, yes — but at its core, a great system has to match how you actually think and work. A system that doesn't fit you won't get used. And a system that doesn't get used is just clutter with good intentions.
I'm obsessed with systems. I believe everyone should be. And I started TimeFlexer because I want to help small business owners experience what I watched those executives experience every day — a business that runs without chaos, so you have the freedom to dream bigger.

I started TimeFlexer for selfish reasons — I wanted to free myself from the monotony and experience more of life.
